VA Cars and Carts is family owned and operated by three generations of the Hoylman family. We live and work by a simple motto: treat people how you would want to be treated.

We understand there are a lot of golf cart dealers out there, so we work hard to set ourselves apart by doing things a little better. For example, our owner Phil Hoylman shares his personal cell phone number (804) 931-1805 because if you have a question or need help, you shouldn’t have to wait until business hours. Call us at 11 PM on a Sunday, if it’s important to you, it’s important to us.

We’re never going to have the biggest building or a dealership in a big city, and that’s by choice. Doing so would mean charging more, and we don’t believe in that.

We know that to get customers to drive a little out of their way, we need to offer more, like free delivery and free service pickup and return for as long as you own your cart.
